This recipe is very easy & doesn't take too long to complete.
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1/3 cup melted butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350°
Spray your pan with cooking spray & sprinkle a little flour.
Peel & cut 3 ripe bananas in half & place in a zip lock bag. Make sure air is out & it is completely closed. Then begin mashing bananas inside the bag.
Pour mashed bananas, 1 egg, 1/3 cup melted butter, 3/4 cup sugar, & 1 teaspoon vanilla into a bowl & mix well with wooden spoon.
Next sprinkle 1 teaspoon baking power, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/8 teaspoon salt, & 1 1/2 cups of flour into the bowl & mix well.
Then pour your batter into your pan. Use wooden spoon to spread evenly.
Place in oven & set timer to 50 minutes.
When the timer goes off then pull pan out & place on safe surface. Grab a knife & stick into middle of bread about an inch & a half. If when you pull it out there is nothing on it then that means it is done. If it is not clean then place back in oven & cook for a little longer. I would check it after 5 minutes & repeat knife check.
Let cool for at least 30 minutes
Slice to desired size & enjoy!
