These are great little snacks to make for any get together! You can make your own adjustments by using different kinds of cheese, mixing different seasonings in the meat, or by drizzling a different kind of sauce over the top.
Ingredients
3 pounds ground beef
1 8 ounce block of cheese
Half a pack of bacon
Salt
Pepper
Ranch
Preheat oven to 400°. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lay out your bacon strips flat on the pan. Cook for 20 minutes.
When done pull bacon out and lay on paper towel to absorb some of the grease. Chop bacon up into little pieces.
Shred one 8 oz block of cheese into a bowl. Add your chopped bacon and mix well.
Place 3 lbs of ground beef in a bowl. Add desired amount of salt & pepper. Mix up the meat until salt & pepper is blended in.
Spray muffin pans with cooking spray.
Take a small hand full of meat & press into muffin cup using your fingers to shape like a little bowl. Get a small amount of cheese & bacon mix and place into meat bowls. I found it easier to squish the cheese & meat into a little ball.
Cook at 400° for 15 minutes
Be very careful when taking them out of the oven! *CAUTION* There may be a lot of grease.
Take them out & place sheets on safe surface.
I used two forks to grab each little meat cup on each side & placed onto drying racks on top of baking sheet to allow any grease to drip off. Then drizzle a little bit of ranch on top & enjoy!
