Smoked Sausage & Potatoes

You can make your own adjustments to this by using different kinds of potatoes, different types of smoked sausage, or even different flavors of cheese.

 

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds gold potatoes

  • 2 packs kielbasa sausage

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese

  • 1 onion peeled & chopped

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons paprika

  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions


Preheat oven to 400°. Cover large baking sheet with side edges with aluminum foil. Spray evenly with cooking spray.



Wash your potatoes & pat dry with a paper towel.



Get 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of paprika, & 1 teaspoon of thyme measured out.



Chop your kielbasa sausage, golden potatoes, & onion up to desired sized pieces. Put all three in a large bowl & mix with wooden spoon.



Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of paprika, & 1 teaspoon of thyme onto the potatoes, sausage, and onions. Spread out evenly onto baking sheet.



Sprinkle with desired amount of salt & pepper.


Place baking sheet into oven & set timer for 45 minutes. Half way through use a spoon & stir everything around a little.



When timer goes off pull pan out and place on safe surface. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese across the top & put back into oven. When cheese is melted you can pull it back out & enjoy!
