Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound of salmon fillets
lemon pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
salt to taste
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/8 cup olive oil
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°. Remove the skin on the salmon, wash, and cut into fillets.
Prepare a large baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread out fillets. Season each piece with desired amount of lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.
In a bowl, whisk together the 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup water, and 1/8 cup olive oil. Drizzle a few spoonfuls on top of the fish.
Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on the thickness of the fillets. When ready, remove from oven and spoon the remaining marinade on top of the salmon.
