White BBQ Sauce Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons white vinegar
1/2 tablespoon pepper
1/2 tablespoon creole mustard
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons horseradish
2 cloves of garlic - pressed
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Sandwich Mixture Ingredients
3 chicken breasts
2 shallots - sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups Monterrey & Colby Jack mix cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions
White BBQ Sauce
Mix 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons white vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon pepper, 1/2 tablespoon creole mustard, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoons horseradish, 2 cloves of garlic - pressed, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, & 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Place into fridge until ready to use.
Sandwich Mixture
Slice chicken breasts into strip sized pieces. Cook tenders in a saute pan with some salt & pepper. When chicken is about half way done, add in the sliced shallots.
When done, chop chicken up into small cube like pieces.
Grab white BBQ sauce out of fridge & pour over chicken. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese. Mix Well.
Place sub rolls on pan. Cut down the middle to be able to stuff with chicken mixture. Do not cut all the way through. Once all subs are full, place in oven on broil setting just to heat up the mixture and crisp the top of the bread a little bit.
